ArtWalk @ the Library
Métis artist Jeannette Sommers helps to kick off ArtWalk and Aboriginal History Month at the Library. Jeannette draws inspiration from nature and her Cree heritage, and her paintings tell a story of conservation of cultural traditions and respect for all of Mother Earth’s Creatures. Jeannette will be painting in the library from 6-9 pm on ArtWalk night. We are also excited to have Aboriginal musician Amanda Woodward – Lamothe performing in St. Albert Place.
You can enjoy Jeannette's art in the Library for the whole month of June.
