Laugh For The Health Of It

Laughter Yoga is a fun and healthy way to practice deep yogic breathing with Laughter exercises. Whether it is through exercise or humour, laughter relaxes your body and you breathe deeper. Every cell in your body gets more oxygen which helps your body and mind to function better.

Come join facilitator Deborah Bortscher, a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader for an hour of getting silly and playful by simply laughing for the health of it.
