Sleep is one of the most important yet misunderstood bodily functions, and critical to healing, restoration, and feeling energized!  Learn about sleep's structure and cycles, and the importance of good sleep habits and routines. Discover how aging and medications can affect sleep, and learn about sleep disorders. Facilitated by Lori Jack, seniors nurse with the St. Albert & Sturgeon Primary Care Network and Dr. Manisha Witmans.
