Mindfulness and Movement Storytime @ Salisbury at Enjoy

A storytime set in the serenity of the Salisbury Greenhouse at the Enjoy Centre.

Share stories, dancing, and activities, focusing on our emotions and connecting with the environment around us. This program will be geared towards children ages 3-6 years and their caregivers. Families with younger children are also welcome to register.  

Participants are encouraged to bring a stuffed toy and a cozy blanket to sit on.
